**New Religion Stock - S/S 2011

Shoreditch's biggest fashion label, Religion, hits Kudos with its first Spring / Summer drop of the year.  Many of the tees incorporate inspiration from London’s east end and international street culture of which has always been apparent in the Religion collections.  The various 'O' necks and 'V' necks compliment the prints perfectly.

Religion have gone one step further with new additions to their collection.  Well cut, clean hooded tops sit well with crafted carrot leg chinos and arc leg jeans in staple colours giving you the edge for this summer.

Kudos will take care of you....

More treats...

We have a range of new t-shirts just in. More from the reliable and cool as nuts Junk De Luxe, with some new items from Pearly King to shake up your Febuary. Rather than shopping for the clobber you should have bought now in three months, get them while they're hot and spend those limited days of summer sun outside.

Bread and butter trade show review

"Moving at the speed of light/gonna make a supersonic man out of you", Kudos taking in the sights on our whistle stop tour of Berlin.

Kudos recently returned from Berlin - checking out a warehouse full of brands: new and old, shabby and nonsensical, and out right essential to our fashion conscious customers. Being prescient enough to attend such an event, here's the low down on the good, the bad and the ugly.

Things we like:

Tiger of Sweden: http://www.tigerofswedenshop.com/

A slick Scandanavian brand, contemporary suits, macs and shirts. Top end tailored pieces for the more formally dressed.

Cheap Monday: www.cheapmonday.com

An already established brand: “This time we wanted to try out a different aesthetic; sparkling, extrovert and shameless. For inspiration we looked at Latin denim fashions, Italian diamonté and LA celebrity taste. To get a contemporary feel in the collection we have also worked with a cleaner, more fabric focused and minimalistic look. A combination of the exaggerated and the minimalistic creates the balance for SS11.”  Sold in Urban Oufitters at the moment and soon to be hitting the sacred shelves of Kudos.

Suit: http://www.suit.dk/

Another scandanavian player dealing in quality parkers, knits and chinos. Good quality and good prices. Will be massive for Kudos next year.

Stuff we didn’t like:

This brand was highly opposed to the Kudos ethos. There was a greater importance on the add-ons to the garment, as opposed to the garments themselves. Fit and length as well as the materials used were not what the clued up Kudos fan would be seen dead in.
